Just becuase someone chooses to speak the truth without sugar coating it and it ends up being as harsh as the person intended it to be, does that mean the person needs people skills???

personally I don't think so becuase well I am the person who said the truth without sugar coating, and one little girl on guard with me got all offended came running to her big brother, and now he is saying I need people skills just becuase i didn't bend over backwards just to kiss his little sisters sensitive ass....

If you cannot tell i am rather pissed off about this considering that this guy has not even the slightest notion as to what my personality is like, has never had a discussion about my views on how i hate to sugar coat things, and he has never really had a full out conversation with me. During which he would realize that I am just a really blunt person.

For those of you who know me here, you understand. I couldn't care less about pissing my best friends off as long as I told them the whole truth harsh or not.

The whole situation with this girl on guard is that she never puts any effort into her work, and i keep telling her, nicely (believe it or not) that we know she doesn't want to be here she just can't let the judges know she doesn't want to be here. But does she listen... no.

So finally after experiencing like three months of her doing the exact same work with no effort, I get angry and throw out the whole nice act. Therefore I reveal to her the bitter truth that i just don't feel like i should be wasting my time telling her what she needs to fix, just so she can blow off my advise all over again. By the end of the school day she is crying and the whole marching band is in a uprising, and i have some pathetic nerd who is pointlessly addicted to warhammer and would choose that over a girlfriend pissed off at me and everyone is expecting me to be all "Oh i am so sorry I made such a mistakle for being too harsh on you poor little sister." and then proceed to kiss everyone's ass.

GAH!!!!!! Would any one from Ironwood care to come to mountain pointe to explain to these people that I DON'T BEND OVER BACKWARSDS TO KISS ANYONES ASS!!!!!!! because these peopl are seriously in for a rude awakening if they think i am going to just beld in with their crew and hide the truth for the sake of not offending anyone.

So yeah if you would like to visit me and explain to these arrogant folk that i do not like to kiss ass, that would be much appreciated becuase it seems that no one is going to listen to me.

well I am going to vent onmy big sis now.
